•     IT consulting and infrastructure support
•     Website development and management
•     SEO, digital strategy, and technical optimization
•     AI‑enhanced digital solutions

Service details may be outlined in separate agreements or statements of work.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

•     Provide accurate information
•     Maintain secure access to accounts
•     Refrain from unlawful or harmful activities
•     Notify Webheadcase of suspected security issues

Clients are responsible for ensuring they have the legal right to provide any data or system access required for services.

4. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information shared during service delivery. Webheadcase uses secure methods to protect client data and credentials.

5. Payment & Billing

Payment terms are defined in service agreements or invoices.
Late payments may result in service suspension or additional fees.

6. Intellectual Property

•     Webheadcase retains ownership of proprietary tools, processes, and materials.
•     Clients retain ownership of their data, systems, and content.
•     Deliverables created specifically for a client become the client’s property unless otherwise stated.

7. Service Limitations

Webheadcase does not guarantee:

•     Uninterrupted service
•     Complete elimination of cybersecurity risks
•     Outcomes dependent on third‑party platforms or client systems

8. Third‑Party Tools & Integrations

Some services rely on third‑party platforms. Webheadcase is not responsible for outages, data loss, or issues caused by third‑party providers.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice.

Upon termination:

•     Outstanding payments remain due
•     Client data will be returned or securely deleted upon request

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Services are provided “as‑is” and “as available.”
Webheadcase disclaims all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.

11. Limitation of Liability

Webheadcase is not liable for:

•     Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
•     Loss of data, revenue, or business
•     Issues arising from client misuse or third‑party failures

Liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the preceding 12 months.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina.
Any disputes will be resolved in North Carolina courts.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of services indicates acceptance of updated Terms.
